Would requisition the vehicles as and when required and the vehicle should report within 60 minutes of the requisition or as directed by them.

Short Messaging Service (SMS) pre-alert: Customers are informed via Short Messaging Service(SMS) pre-alert’s on there cell phone an hour in advance, with details of their pick-up car registration number, Chaffer’s name and his cell number along with the help desk contact numbers. Thus, our customer’s are comfortable knowing that there us a car, chauffer waiting for him/her upon their arrival and empowers them to Contact the chauffer/help desk incase of any change/modification in their travel plans.

Customized Monthly Rentals
To meet the requirements, where the car is required for a longer duration wherein the corporate demands a hassle free transportation for its executives on a monthly basis. It helps corporate clients budget their expenses on a month-to-month basis. The package can be customized with car, fuel and chauffer.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS;
1. Hrs. and Kms. are chargeable from our garage-to-garage basis.
2. Rates are exclusive of Parking, Toll & inter-state permit charges. These would be charged extra as per actuals.
3. Incase of an Outstation Trip, the above given per kilometer rate would be applicable for a minimum billing of 250 kms per day. A chauffer outstations allowance will be calculated as per the rates given in the above tariff plan .in case of night halt an additional charges of Rs 250 would be applicable.
4. The rates are effective from 1st of May 2007 to 30th April 2008 The above tariff is based on the present fuel charges and will be revised in case of a fuel hike by the Government.
5. All car Bookings should be done through e-mail & Phone.
6. All cars booking compulsory requires mail reference.
7. Bookings will be done base on car segment. Specific car models are subject to availability.
8. In case of cancellations after the car has left our premises or a No-Show, a minimum package charge in the booked segment will be applicable.
9. Service tax will be levied over and above the rates given above as stipulated by the government from time to time. Currently at 4.89% on the total billing.
10. Bills would be submitted every month first week. Payment is to be made within 15 days of submission of bills. Any discrepancy in the bills should be brought to our notice within one week from the date of the bill submission; else the bills will be treated as clear bills for payments.
11. All payment should be made in favor of SRI MANJUNATHA CAR RENTALS the bill details along with all payments released.
